This cozy and remote house was perfect for our extended family trip. We loved being close to the trails and having the convenience of daily trips to town. The house comfortably accommodated ten adults and even had space for parking multiple cars, trucks, trailers, and side x sides. The communication with the hosts was excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed. The division of beds and rooms was ideal for our group, including young children. The loft and bunk room added extra fun for the older kids. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and the home furniture provided plenty of relaxation spots. We also appreciated the proximity to Custer for grocery runs and fun activities like mini golf and swimming.
Felt very secure, no complaints.

I had a great stay at the lodge - surrounded by nature and only a short drive from the city. No Wifi or cell reception allowed us to truly unwind and connect with each other. The cabins were designed perfectly, providing privacy for everyone and even accommodating young children. The owner was always there to assist us and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Also, being so close to the city meant we could easily access groceries and fun activities like mini golf and swimming.
None.

The cabin at Comanche Lodge was a perfect getaway for our family. We enjoyed the peaceful location surrounded by trees, and it was just a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The spaciousness of the cabin allowed everyone to have their own space, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. We loved spending time in the yard playing games and enjoying the fresh air. The lack of cell service and Wi-Fi actually turned out to be a positive, as it gave us a chance to disconnect from technology and focus on quality time together. Despite a few minor issues, like a slightly hot cabin in the afternoon and some worn towels, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend Comanche Lodge for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
